Is it possible to track my order ?
You can track the delivery of your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Don't forget to check your spam sometimes.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last names as well as your exact address with the city and the postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you make when filling your personal info or your address.
By clicking on your order number, it allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?
Upon receipt of your package, if you feel that the packaging shows signs of damage, contact us immediately.
How long does it take to be refunded ?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 20 days from the date the return is received by Berthie.
How do I make a return ?

The return costs are at our expense when the initial order totals more than 200€.Indeed, the return of one or more items of this order is free of charge. We will send you a return voucher by email. If the order is less than 200€ the returns are at your expense.
You have a period of 21 days, from the delivery of your order, to return your items to us at the following address:

The refund will be made within 15 days following the receipt of the package by our team.
You have 21 days from the day of delivery by post to change your mind :
- It is mandatory to insert the slip you had in your package to your return package so that we can identify you
- Make sure to fold the right item to the right blister (referring to the barcode)
- Send the parcel with the carrier of your choice.
- Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
