We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm). The shipping time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery time may be a little longer during the launch of the month's big collection or during sales.  

You can track the progress of your order by heading to"my account"order, then clicking on "Track my order"

We have a warehouse in Los Angeles and in Paris. Depending on the articles your order can be send from France or Los Angeles. It takes 5 to 7 days to be delivered.

Express delivery: We also have an express delivery which takes less time and costs $20

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

Upon receipt of your package, if you feel that the packaging shows signs of damage, contact us immediately.
